hmmm, I think there's a lot of truth in these. I think if one really, truly followed them then they'd most likely lose weight and just live healthier overall. I really like how it's a moderate approach to healthy eating, rather than an extreme. I think people are much more likely to stick with it and improve their overall health (rather than just quick weight loss) when things are kept moderate.
